NEW "DESIGNED FOR LEAN MANUFACTURING" BUILDING
Inside our 30,000 square feet you will find carefully planned space, with room to increase our capacity in all aspects of business.  And the building itself was designed to be expanded, we can add another 20,000 sq ft with no interruption to the current facility.  The bottom line: we used our more than 30 years (real time, not "combined experience") of machine shop know-how to design a building that lets parts flow faster, and without unnecessary interruptions so we can devote the appropriate resources to Quality Assurance that your important project deserves.  The temperature, humidity, & vibration isolated inspection room is centrally located in the facility, not stuffed in a closet somewhere just so we can say we have one, our Quality System is central to our Product Development Process, and the location of the Inspection Room reflects that.

VIRTUAL GIBBS CAD/CAM SYSTEM

CNC Milling and Turning Integration, 3D Geometry Creation and Rendering, 4-Axis Programming, and Toolpath Preview

Our CNC Programmers can quickly create a virtual prototype of the manufacturing process and create NC code from that prototype, that translates into faster, easier setups, and fewer mistakes at the machine tool.

We can also easily import your own 3D virtual model of your product, so you don't have to spend a lot of time creating drawings, just a simple drawing with your important callouts (tolerances and tapped hole sizes), and the model.

PRODUCTIVITY ENHANCING EQUIPMENT

 

Fully Integrated Simultaneous Fourth Axis Indexers and Large Machining Envelopes allow an amazing 5 sides to be machined in a single setup!

Four axes of machining means that in addition to being able to handle very complex curvatures, we can also access more of the part with just one setup, and that means less setup time overall, fewer opportunities for error, and faster production.

 

A full complement of deburring, finishing, washing, sanding, and material cut-off equipment

guarantee fast, efficient, and professional processing of every job in the shop.

 

INSPECTION EQUIPMENT

ZEISS CMM

Fully automatic angle adjusting probe with continuous scanning technology.  Ultra accurate measurement of features and surfaces relative to one-another or to an arbitrary zero-point.  Glass scales on all axes.  Incredible 48" x 48" x 24" measurement envelope.

With an alternate programming station, we can import your iges model of your part, predefine the inspection criteria and method, then export the motion program to the CMM, no need to stop the CMM from completing the current inspection job, or wait until it is complete.  Saving time and allowing the CMM operator to focus on the part on the table, inspector attentiveness can never hurt your project.
