expanded, we can add another 20,000 sq ft with no interruption to the
current facility. The bottom line: we used our more than 30
years (real time, not "combined experience") of machine shop know-how to
design a building that lets parts flow faster, and without unnecessary
interruptions so we can devote the appropriate resources to Quality
Assurance that your important project deserves. The temperature,
humidity, & vibration isolated inspection room is centrally located in the
facility, not stuffed in a closet somewhere just so we can say we have one,
our Quality System is central to our Product Development Process, and the
location of the Inspection Room reflects that. |

Our
CNC Programmers can quickly create a virtual prototype of the manufacturing
process and create NC code from that prototype, that translates into
faster, easier setups, and fewer mistakes at the machine tool.
We can
also easily import your own 3D virtual model of your product, so you
don't have to spend a lot of time creating drawings, just a simple
drawing with your important callouts (tolerances and tapped hole sizes),
and the model.

With an
alternate programming station, we can import your iges model of your
part, predefine the inspection criteria and method, then export the
motion program to the CMM, no need to stop the CMM from completing the
current inspection job, or wait until it is complete. Saving time
and allowing the CMM operator to focus on the part on the table,
inspector attentiveness can never hurt your project.
